During the Endless Opportunities Career Expo held at U.T. Southern in Giles County, wildlife agents David Robertson and Ryne Goats were on hand to represent the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. The event attracted over 750 students from various local schools, including Giles County High, Richland High, Richland Middle, Bridgeforth Middle, Elkton, and Minor Hill. Participants ranged from high school juniors and seniors to eighth graders, all eager to explore potential career paths.
Hosted at the Giles County National Guard Armory, the expo featured more than fifty companies and agencies, providing a platform for students to engage in meaningful discussions about their future careers. This gathering was particularly beneficial for those interested in the field of wildlife management, as it offered insights into the responsibilities and requirements of becoming a wildlife agent. Students were able to gather valuable information and resources to help them navigate their career choices, making the event a significant stepping stone for their professional journeys.
