Body of Christ Bible Fellowship is set to organize its Third Annual Follow the Cross event, a cross-carrying initiative, on Friday, April 18, at David Crockett State Park. Individuals interested in taking part in this meaningful event are encouraged to gather at the amphitheater, which will serve as the staging area for participants.
The event will feature individual cross-carry sessions running from 9 a.m. until noon, allowing participants to engage in personal reflection and devotion as they traverse the park’s scenic trails. Following this, a communal Fellowship Carry is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., where participants will come together to carry crosses from the staging area to Shelter 4.
To conclude the day’s activities, a worship service will take place at Shelter 4 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. This service will include a special message from guest speaker Terry Potts, offering attendees an opportunity for spiritual enrichment and community connection.
