In preparation for severe weather season, the National Weather Service has designated Thursday morning for a statewide tornado drill. The drill is set to take place on February 29th at 9:30 AM CST. Participants can expect to receive a routine weekly test through NOAA Weather Radio, tailored specifically for Middle Tennessee counties. This exercise presents a valuable chance for schools, businesses, and various organizations to rehearse and refine their severe weather response protocols.
