A tragic accident on Alabama 20 claimed the life of a Muscle Shoals woman on Thursday afternoon, as reported by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA). The deceased, identified as 38-year-old Keddra C. Ingram, was riding as a passenger in a 2025 Lincoln Corsair when the vehicle collided with the rear of a 2018 Freightliner tractor-trailer.
The collision took place around 1:35 p.m., specifically near mile marker 36, which is situated approximately one mile east of Leighton in Colbert County. Unfortunately, Ingram was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, leaving a community in mourning.
