In Maury County, a resident was involved in a collision with a police cruiser while mowing his lawn on Thursday afternoon. The 46-year-old individual was operating a zero-turn lawnmower near Theta Pike at approximately 1 p.m. when he accidentally crossed into the lane of a passing State Trooper. As a result of the incident, the victim suffered injuries and was subsequently taken to receive medical care.
