This month, a grand jury in Colbert County has brought forth serious allegations against a 35-year-old man from Tuscumbia, resulting in 13 felony charges connected to child pornography. The individual, identified as Justin Shane Jones, was taken into custody on Thursday. The charges against him include five counts of producing child pornography and eight counts of possessing such material. Following his arrest, Jones was processed and is currently being held at the Colbert County Jail, where his bond has been set at $270,000. He is expected to appear for his arraignment on October 3rd.
