The Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development has reported that the unemployment rate in Tennessee remained unchanged at 3.5% in December. The state saw an increase of 1,400 new non-farm jobs, with the healthcare and social assistance sectors experiencing the most growth. This was followed by growth in the construction, accommodation, and food sectors.
