In a recent report from the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, it was revealed that the unemployment rates for April showed a significant decline, with all 95 counties in the state recording rates of 4.1% or lower. Clay and Lauderdale Counties had the highest unemployment rate at 4.1%, while Williamson County boasted the lowest rate at 2%. Following closely behind was Sevier County with a rate of 2.1%. These figures indicate a positive trend in the state’s job market, with many counties experiencing a decrease in unemployment rates.
