The Lawrence County Commission has a series of important meetings lined up for the upcoming week. On Monday, April 22, the Budget Committee will convene at 4:30 pm. The agenda includes discussions on the communications savings discovered during the SpyGlass audit and planning for the FY 24-25 budget review. Following that, the Animal Welfare meeting will take place at 5:30 pm, focusing on topics such as the spay/neuter program, Shelter updates, and an interlocal agreement for Shelter operation.
Moving on to Tuesday, April 23, the Committee as a Whole will gather at 6:00 pm to hear a report from the Barrett Group regarding potential savings identified during its review.
