In a recent development, the Fall River Utility District has made public its decision to implement a change in rates, set to take effect on July 15th. Under the new rate structure, customers will now be required to pay a minimum of 23.50 cents for 900 gallons of water, with an additional charge of 9.35 cents for every extra 1000 gallons used. This adjustment marks a significant shift in the billing system for consumers within the district.
