On Monday, January 20th, city offices in Lawrenceburg will be closed in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. This closure is part of the community’s recognition of the significant contributions made by Dr. King in the pursuit of civil rights and equality.
Residents should be aware that the regular residential garbage collection, which typically occurs on Mondays, will be rescheduled. Instead of the usual pick-up on the holiday, garbage carts will be collected on Thursday, January 23rd. It is advisable for residents to place their carts out early on Thursday morning, as this day will feature a double route for garbage collection.
