In recognition of Juneteenth, the city offices of Lawrenceburg will be closed on Thursday, June 19th. This closure is part of the city’s observance of this significant holiday. Residents should be aware that the schedule for residential garbage collection will be adjusted accordingly. Instead of the usual Thursday pick-up, garbage carts will be collected on Friday following the holiday. It is advisable for residents to place their carts out early on Friday morning, as this day will feature a double route for garbage collection.
