As the New Year approaches, residents should be aware that numerous government and municipal offices will observe closures in celebration of the holiday. Specifically, the Pulaski Electric System will not be operational on Wednesday, January 1st, in observance of New Year’s Day.
In addition, all Lewis County Government Offices, along with the Transfer Station, will be closed for business on both Tuesday, December 31st, and Wednesday, January 1st. Meanwhile, Lawrence County City Offices will also remain closed on January 1st. It is important for residents to note that trash collection services will be rescheduled, with pickups occurring on Thursday, January 2nd, instead of the usual day.
