The City of Lawrenceburg has announced that a public hearing will take place on April 25th before the Board of Mayor and Council at 9 am. The meeting is scheduled to be held at 25 Public Square in Lawrenceburg and will address specific property situated on the west side of Springer Road and the east side of Manor Drive. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed rezoning of the property owned by Kay Hill Ferguson Smith from C-4 to R-4. This potential change in zoning classification has garnered attention and will be deliberated upon during the upcoming public hearing.
