During the Rotary Club’s regular meeting on January 24, 2025, Rotarian Jon Guthrie captivated attendees with a compelling presentation about his venture, Pop’s Woodworks. While Jon primarily serves as the Manager at Air Evac, his passion for woodworking inspired him to establish this side business. Initially, he focused on crafting custom-turned writing pens, but over time, he has broadened his offerings to include a variety of laser-cut and engraved products tailored for special occasions. Attendees were treated to a small showcase of his creations, which highlighted the craftsmanship and creativity behind his work. The program was introduced by Rotary President Jon Johnstone, who set the stage for an engaging discussion about Jon’s entrepreneurial journey.
