In a tragic incident that unfolded on Saturday night, a two-vehicle crash in Decatur has led to the death of a 17-year-old girl and the subsequent arrest of a man on murder charges. The Decatur Police Department, along with Decatur Fire and Rescue, responded to reports of a collision that resulted in injuries around 9:02 PM on May 17th. Penich has since posted a bond set at $250,000 and is currently being held at the Morgan County Jail.
