Barbara Frank, 80, of Summertown, TN, passed away on May 16, 2026. Born in Oregon and raised on a farm outside Seattle, Barbara was a trailblazer in her family, being the first woman to graduate from college, earning her degree from Pepperdine University with a vocal scholarship. She also made history as the first woman to sell cars at a major dealership in Chicago.
Barbara married Myron Frank in the spring of 1977 and together they raised two children, Ben and Annalise. She celebrated her 80th birthday shortly before her passing.
She is survived by her husband, Myron Frank; children, Ben Frank and Annalise Frank; and siblings, Jerry Bailey and Margaret Moon.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of her life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on May 22, 2026, at His House Ministries in Summertown, TN.
