Polly Ann (Green) Gray, 86, passed away on May 13, 2026, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Born on May 16, 1940, in Lawrenceburg, she was a devoted Christian and a longtime member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ.
Polly is survived by her son, Lucas D. Gray; her grandson, Adam Gray; and her sisters, Bobbie Underwood and Peggy Green. She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
A graveside service for her immediate family will be held at a later date, with interment to follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
