Loretto Unveils New Utility Rates

The City of Loretto has officially introduced a revised structure for utility charges. Residents living within the city limits will now see their water rate set at $7.50, in addition to a charge of 54 cents for every 100 gallons consumed. For those residing outside the city limits, the water rate has been established at $17.50, along with the same 54-cent fee per 100 gallons.

In terms of sewer services, the new rate for all customers is now $15, with an additional charge of 54 cents per 100 gallons. Business customers will face a slightly higher rate, which has been determined to be $20 plus the same 54 cents for every 100 gallons used.
