Frances Gail Renfro, 76, of Ethridge, TN, passed away on May 16, 2025, at her residence. She was a retired employee of Murray Ohio and a devoted member of Noah’s Ark Widows Ministry and Ethridge United Methodist Church. Frances was born in Lawrence County, TN, to C. H. and Josephine Cliff Favors. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Dale Renfro, Sr.
Frances is survived by her son, Dale Renfro (Lura) of Summertown, TN; daughter, Rhonda Brown (Eddie) of Ethridge, TN; sisters, Betty Jean Staggs and Pat McDonald (David), both of Summertown, TN; brother, Randall “Fat Boy” Favors of Summertown, TN; fifteen grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on May 19, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on May 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM, with interment to follow at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Ethridge United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society. Condolences may be sent through the funeral home’s website. Frances will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
