Patsy L. Russ, 74, of Loretto, TN, passed away on November 4, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was a dedicated employee at Murray Ohio and a cherished member of Leoma Church of Christ. Patsy’s funeral service will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 3:00 pm, with Rodney Livingston officiating. Burial will follow in Bishop Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on the same day at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Patsy is survived by her loving husband, Gary Russ, her son Jeremy Busby (Danielle) of Loretto, TN, and her daughter Lisa Caldwell (Frankie) of Lawrenceburg, TN. She is also survived by her sisters Pam Case, Shirley Brown, and Trish Luna (Terry) of Loretto, TN, and her brothers David Busby (Kay) of Loretto, TN, and Kevin Busby (Nina) of Lawrenceburg, TN. Patsy will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Emma Beverly (Nick), Addie Konig (Mickey), Easton Busby, Andrew Busby, Kerra Hunter (Brent), Mason Inman, and Abby Caldwell, as well as her great-grandchildren Finley, Luca, River, and Wilder.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, James “Jim Buck” and Geneva Busby, her sisters Helen LaCroix and Loree White, and her brothers Paul Neal Busby and Howard Busby.
Patsy’s kindness, love, and dedication to her family and community will be dearly remembered. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
