Florence K-9 Teams Achieve Prestigious Recognition

At a recent training event organized by the United States Police Canine Association for Region 22, two K-9 teams from the Florence Alabama Police Department distinguished themselves by securing multiple awards. Competing against a total of 27 teams, these dedicated teams showcased their exceptional skills in various categories.

The Florence teams achieved remarkable success, earning first and third place in the narcotics category. Additionally, they secured third place in criminal apprehension.
