The TCAT SkillsUSA Food Drive, which wrapped up on December 6th, successfully collected over 1,400 canned goods. Following the conclusion of the drive, the SkillsUSA Officers Team meticulously organized and counted the donations. Their efforts revealed that the Lewis County Practical Nursing Class emerged as the top contributor, with the Electro-Mechanical/Electronics program securing the second position, while Practical Nursing took third place.
The dedication of all participating students and programs was greatly acknowledged by TCAT Hohenwald. The surplus of canned goods will be donated to the local Food Bank, where they will be sorted into boxes for distribution to those in need during the holiday season. A heartfelt thank you is extended to Bethaney Keltner, the SkillsUSA Lead Advisor for TCAT Hohenwald, along with the SkillsUSA Officer Team, for their unwavering commitment to both TCAT Hohenwald and the surrounding community.
