The Friends of Lawrence County Animals (FOLCA) extends its heartfelt gratitude to the residents of Lawrence County for an outstanding year of support and collaboration. Thanks to the generosity of the community, along with the efforts of various partners, FOLCA successfully raised over $27,000.
