Clethel Estella Killen Pettus , age 96 of Lexington, AL passed away Sunday June 9, 2024 at home after a brief illness. She was a native of Lauderdale Co,AL, a homemaker, and a member of Greens Chapel Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Wednesday June 12, 2024 at 1:00 pm. Ashley Pettus will be officiating. Burial will follow in Pettus Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday June 12, 2024 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.

2-Sons- Lindon Pettus Lexington, AL
Donnie Pettus (Lynn) Killen, AL
1-Daughter- Bonnie Barnett (Bill) Lexington, AL
Brother- Milton Killen Killen, AL
Sister- Shirley Williams Anderson, AL
4 Grandchildren- Glenn Barnett, Ashley Pettus, Todd Pettus, &
Hanna Pettus Smith
3 Great Grandchildren- Rylan Pettus, Jacob Depolis, & Conner Hall
Preceded in death by: Husband- James “Alp” Pettus
Son- Glenn William Pettus
Parents- Luther & Verda Springer Killen
Brothers- Sanford Killen, R.C. Killen, & Pete Killen
3 infant brothers
Sisters- Nina LeMay, Lula Springer, Sue Michael, Rose Nell Killen,
& 1 infant Sister
