Freda Gail Oakley, age 67 of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday June 4, 2024 at Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehab.
Freda was born August 19, 1956 in Pulaski to Douglas and Katherine Stephenson McCowan. She was a former Wal-Mart employee, loved traveling and was of the Baptist faith. Freda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 38yrs. Rickey Oakley, daughter Anna Marie Oakley, grandson AJ Ganey, and a brother Adrian Brown McCowan.
Visitation will be 12-2pm Thursday June 6, 2024 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with Funeral Service to follow at 2pm. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include her son George Oakley (Mandy) of Pulaski, brother Ted McCowan (Evelyn) of Bunker Hill, grandchildren Emma Oakley, Makayla Oakley, Destiny Oakley, Lily Ganey, brothers-in-law Don Oakley (Sarah) Charles Oakley (Robbie), Tom Oakley, numerous other relatives and friends.
