Jackie Osborn

Jackie L. Osborn, age 67, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, at her residence.  She was a native of Bluefield, WV, retired from Jones Apparel, and a member of Deerfield Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Melvin, Sr., and London Hylton Melvin; one sister, Billie Shultz; and one grandson, Tyler Osborn.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ralph David Osborn of Lawrenceburg, TN; three children, Brian Holbrook (Lori) of Bluefield, WV, Patsy Horne (John) and Keith Osborn both of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sisters, Sherland McCarty (John) of Oxford, PA and Judy Mitchem of Bluefield, WV; two brothers, Paul Melvin, Jr. (Kathy) of Princeton, WV, and Larry Hylton (Dana) of Bluefield, WV; eight grandchildren, Andy Holbrook (Brittany Carroll) of Bluefield, WV, Nathan Holbrook (Katalyn) of Princeton, WV, Aiden Holbrook of Bluefield, WV, Ava Holbrook of Bluefield, WV, Jonathan Horne (Tiffani), Margaret Horne, Rachael Horne, and Brittany McDonald (Max), all of Lawrenceburg, TN; and several great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 22, 2024, with John Horne officiating.  Interment will follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.  The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
