Vernell Posey , age 80 of Killen, AL passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Cedar View Assisted Living after an extended illness. She was a native of Lawrence County,TN, a college professor, and a member of Mary’s Chapel Church of the Nazarene. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 3:00 pm. Marcus Wilson will be officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
