In the early hours of Wednesday, a man from Athens was apprehended by officers from the Priceville Police Department following a routine traffic stop that revealed multiple felony arrest warrants. The incident occurred around 3:00 AM when law enforcement conducted a stop on a vehicle in the 3200 block of Highway 67. Upon identifying the driver, 26-year-old Arron Jade Brooks, authorities discovered that he had several outstanding warrants against him.
Further investigation revealed that Brooks was wanted on felony extradition warrants for motor vehicle theft originating from Indiana, as well as for burglary with forcible entry, as indicated by the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office. After his arrest, Brooks was subsequently handed over to the authorities in Limestone County for further processing.
