Elois Steadman Huntley, 83, of Leoma, TN, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She was a beloved homemaker and a dedicated member of Bethel Baptist Church. Elois was a native of Lawrence County, TN.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Huntley (Holly) of Leoma, TN; daughters, Carla Beeler of Rutherford, NC, and Lynn Littrell (Tim) of Leoma, TN; brother, Monroe Steadman of Winston-Salem, NC; 7 grandchildren, Chad Huntley, Brady Huntley, Alison Moneyham, Lindsey Harris, Allie Killen, Madison Clinard, and Ivy Littrell; and 4 great-grandchildren, Hanson Moneyham, Holden Moneyham, Grant Harris, and Della Killen.
Elois was preceded in death by her husband, Rabon Huntley; brother, Tommy Steadman; sister, Eula Mae Steadman; and her parents, Fate and Frances White Steadman. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Barry Beeler.
The visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Loretto Memorial Chapel, 110 N. Military, Loretto, TN 38469. The funeral service will take place on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church, 350 Revilo Rd, Leoma, TN 38468. Arnold Brown, Richard Clinard, and Scott Moneyham will be officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
Elois will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
