Jeffrey P. Jones, 55, of Hermitage, TN, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Alive Hospice Residence Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, TN. Born in Fort Polk, Louisiana, Jeffrey was known for his love of Star Wars, 80’s sitcoms, and music.
He is survived by his parents, James and Katherine “Susie” Moore Jones; brother, Ronald W. Jones (Tisa); nephews, Bailey P. Jones (Olivia) and C.J. Williams (Laken); and aunt, Vickie Bottoms. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, G.C. and Louise Moore, and paternal grandparents, Parkes W. and Mildred Jones.
The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by graveside services and interment at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Easter Seals of Lebanon, TN or Alive Hospice Murfreesboro.
Jeffrey will be dearly missed by his family and friends, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
