He was born in Illinois and a member of Destiny Church in Columbia, TN. He loved camping, fishing, mechanics, woodworking, gardening, and was a jack of all trades. Jeffrey served his country in the U.S. Marines.

- Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
