Joe “Joey” Holt, age 66, of Mount Pleasant, TN passed away Friday, February 09, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from LD General Maintenance Contractors, and of the Church of Christ Faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Ann Cross Holt; and one brother, James Michael Holt.
He is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Ann Marie Holt of Birmingham, AL and Vanisha Joann Rankhorn of Hendersonville, TN; two brothers, Robin Holt of Mount Pleasant, TN, and Billy Lee Holt of Manchester, NH; one aunt, Jannie Cross of Ethridge, TN; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Kim Killen of Mount Pleasant, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 13, 2024, with David Stofel officiating. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens in Columbia, TN.
