John Henry Byrd , age 80 of Westpoint, TN passed away Friday, January 26, 2024. He was a native of Lawrence County,TN,retired from the Lawrence County Highway Department,and a member of Greenhill United Pentecostal Church. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 12:30 pm. Dennis Ivy, Greg Shockley, & Shane Stewart will be officiating. Burial will follow in Blair Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Survivors are:
Wife- Betty Sue Byrd Westpoint, TN
Sons- Chris Byrd (Amanda) Westpoint, TN
Brian Byrd (Kaye Lynn) St. Joseph, TN
Daughter- Amanda Elkins (James) Loretto, TN
5 Grandchildren
6 Great Grandchildren

Parents- George & Tinnie Byrd
Son- Timothy Byrd
Brothers- Carl, Jay, & Ray Byrd
Sisters- Thelma Alsup, Ardie Byrd, Gene Franklin, Nell Fowler, & Clara Kilburn
