Kathy Lou Crouch Grinder, age 71, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, July 15, 2024, at home surrounded by family. She was a cherished family member and friend. She served as a nurse, caring for many over her 30-year career. She lived life the way it is meant to be lived, full of love, laughter, adventure, kindness, and generosity.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gary Grinder; eldest son, Chris Grinder; and parents, Paul and Dorothy Crouch.
She is survived by her son, Chad Grinder; daughter, Kelly Fralix (David); daughter-in-law, Christi Grinder; brother, Rickey Crouch (Vickie); sisters, Vicky Barnes (Randy) and Patty Frazier (Michael).
She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Nikki (Andrew), Morgan, Joshua, Jackson, Jacob, Logan, Chloe, Cooper, and Carly; one great-grandchild, Lilliana; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 18, 2024, with Ben Gooch officiating. Interment will follow at Unity Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
