Leora Louise Ervin, age 64, of Lexington, AL, passed away on Friday, June 28th, 2024 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was born on November 16th, 1959 in Flint, MI. In her spare time, she loved crafting different things for her granddaughter as well as spending time gardening, and was known to have a green thumb. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Richards; husband, James Ervin.
She is survived by her daughter, April Thigpen (Chris); granddaughter, Alexus Thigpen; Sons, Jason Dodge and Johnathon Dodge; father of her children, Joel Wilbourn; siblings, Ben Dodge and Linden Dodge; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home is in charge of handling all final arrangements.
