Mandy Ann Smith, age 49, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, June 1st, 2025 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. Mandy was born on September 13th, 1975 in Lawrenceburg. She worked for many years for Walmart in the Bakery, and would go on to clean houses in her later years. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her feline companion, Smokey, shopping, watching TV, admiring the beauty of nature and animals, and spending time with her loving family and friends. She was of Christian Faith.
Mandy is survived by her loving mother, Shelia Luffman; sister, Akelia Luffman; significant other of 11 years, William Seth Rice; aunts, Wanda Frazier and Kelly Casagrande (Rodney); uncles, Edward Smith (Sherry) and Timothy Smith (Sherry); several nieces and nephews; 1 great niece, and 1 great nephew; special friend, Teresa Esters; a host of cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her pawpaw, Tommy Wilburn, and her grandfather, Raymond Smith.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on Thursday, June 5th, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on Thursday, June 5th, 2025 beginning at 12:00 p.m. Brother Tony Gordy will be officiating. Interment will be held at May Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be handling all final arrangements.
