Robert Marshall Surgeon, Jr., age 48, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025, at his residence. He was a native of Muscogee County, GA, a DoorDash driver, and of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Surgeon served his country honorably in the Tennessee Army National Guard.
He is survived by his parents, Robert Marshall Surgeon, Sr. and Debbie Rice Surgeon; three sisters, Karen Reinhardt (Michael), Patty Lee (Matt), and Samantha Fonseca (Jairo); two brothers, David Surgeon (April) and Dustin Rice (Tiffany); special nephew, Weston Surgeon; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mr. Surgeon was preceded in death by his nephew, Lucas Scott Surgeon.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, April 04, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, April 04, 2025, with David Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Houser Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN, with full military honors. After the interment, the family and friends will gather at the Woodmen of the World, 200 Glenn Springs Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.
