Teresa Ruth Fulks, 69, of Covington, TN, passed away on December 2, 2025, at Signature Healthcare in Memphis, TN. Born in Chicago, IL, Teresa was a dedicated factory worker and a faithful member of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, David Fulks of Lakeland, TN; her two daughters, Celena Renee Hicks of Lakeland, TN, and Barbara DeAnn Sills and her husband Bobby of Boynton Beach, FL; her two brothers, Joey Yeager and his wife Joan, and Tim Yeager and his wife Brenda; as well as five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held in her honor from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
Teresa will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
