The Florence Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into the theft of a vehicle that occurred at Bentley Chevrolet last week. According to a press release issued on April 10th, the incident took place around 12:45 AM when a 2023 black Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 was stolen from the dealership’s lot on Florence Boulevard.
The perpetrators broke the driver’s side window of the vehicle and then proceeded to push the Camaro out of the lot onto Sweetwater Avenue. It is believed that the offenders used a white sedan, possibly a 2009-2014 Nissan, to aid in the theft.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have information regarding this incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.
