The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Joshua D. Strozier. He was operating a pickup truck when it collided head-on with another vehicle. Authorities have noted that Strozier was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
