In Maury County, firefighters rushed to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Sunday evening, where four occupants were reportedly trapped. The emergency personnel received the call just before 8 PM and quickly headed to Cecil Farm Road.
Upon arrival, the crews discovered an SUV overturned and resting against a tree. The responders immediately went to work, extracting two pediatric patients after removing the windshield. One adult patient managed to walk away from the scene with the assistance of a ladder, while another adult patient had to be rescued using a Stokes basket and a low angle rope system.
All four occupants were then transported by Maury County EMS with minor injuries.
