Alicia Diane Spurgeon , age 45 of Loretto, TN passed away Sunday March 10, 2024 at Vanderbilt Medical Center after a sudden illness. She was a native of Lawrence Co,TN. Assistant Cafeteria Manager at Lawrence County High School. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Thursday March 14, 2024 at 1:00 pm. Mike Ayers will be officiating. Burial will follow in Shaw Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday March 14, 2024 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.

Husband- Eric Spurgeon loretto, TN
Daughters- Haley Palmore (Tanner) Lawrenceburg, TN
Madison Burton (Hayden) Lawrenceburg, TN
Mother- Sheila Scott (Jerry) Loretto, TN
1-Brother- Rodney Jacobs Summertown, TN
Grandfather- Pete Simbeck Loretto, TN
3-Grandchildren- Bristol, Baylor & Huxley
