Patricia Diane Polk, 60, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at her residence surrounded by family and friends. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, and was formerly employed at NITCO. Patricia was of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by her husband, James Henley of La Vergne, TN; two daughters, Katie Henley (Robert Beilfuss) of McMinnville, TN, and Kylie Henley of McMinnville, TN; her mother and step-father, Hazel P. Kilburn Keplinger (Gene) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three brothers, Bobby Polk (Sharon) of Lebanon, TN, Danny Polk of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Daniel Keplinger (Dana) of Loretto, TN; and seven nieces and nephews.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father, J. L. Polk, and one brother, Billy Gene Polk.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, and the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on the same day, with interment to follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Patricia D. Polk.
