Arah Nell Clemmons Baggett, 94, passed away July 4, 2024, at her residence. She was a homemaker, an entrepreneur, and a member of Atlas Church of Christ.
Survivors include:
Sons: Kent Baggett (Chris) & Joel Baggett (Gina)
Daughters: Jill Golden & Penny Bradley
Grandchildren: Kristie Hubbard (Grag), Emily Kimbrough (Chris), Misty O’Dell,
Jason Baggett (Allie), Sarah Hatcher (John), Ethan Baggett (Maj),
Mason Bradley & Tanner Bradley
(16) Great grandchildren
Preceded in death by:
Husband: W.L. Baggett
Parents: Jerry Prince Clemmons & Mary Lynn Wood Clemmons
Sister: Patsy Robinson
Visitation will be on Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 2:00 – 3:30pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 3:30, in the funeral home chapel, with Miles Stutts, Matthew Heupel, Tim Grigsby & John Paul Heupel officiating. Burial will be at Lone Cedar Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Greg Hubbard, Chris Kimbrough, Jason Baggett, John Hatcher, Ethan Baggett, Mason Bradley, Tanner Bradley & Ryan McGee.
The family would like to thank Linda Pierce for the special care for our mother and the entire family, Southern Care Hospice and their nurses Tammy & Dana, Alice’s Angels for all the meals and visits, and Donnie and Barbara Bretherick, Mrs. Nash, and Mrs. Lombardi for the many visits.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Nell’s memory.
Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
