Carl James Tucker, age 76, of Leoma, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at SRTHS in Pulaski. Carl was born on October 26, 1949, in the Fall River Community to Leslie R. and Alice Davis Tucker. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, attended Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church, and retired from General Motors. Carl enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening, but his favorite pastime was visiting Chew and Chat to “chew and chat” with his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Alice Tucker.
Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 2pm. Interment will take place in Giles Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or to the Giles County Honor Guard.
Survivors include his sons Jason Tucker of Leoma, Brandon Tucker (Stephanie) of Goodspring, daughter Crystal Tucker (Ken Bugg) of Prospect, brothers Larry Tucker (Beverly), Clifford Tucker (Wanda), Lindon Tucker (Betty), Gerald Tucker (Judy), sister Judy White (Ray), all of Leoma, grandchildren Brittanie, Brielle, Colton, Brooklyn, and Brinley, great-granddaughter Kamrynne, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
