Infant Jaxon Slade Tucker, beloved son of Brooklyn and Matthew Tucker, passed away on July 25, 2025, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville. He is survived by his parents, brothers Ledger Tucker and Abel Harrison, as well as his grandparents Daniel & Michelle Lopp, Misty & Zachary Simbeck. Jaxon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Phillip Tucker. A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 10:00am at Richardson Chapel Cemetery, followed by burial at the cemetery. Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Jaxon will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
