Chantel Courtney Southern, 38, of Ethridge, TN, passed away on September 11, 2025. She was a devoted mother of three beautiful girls and a loving “Lolli” to her granddaughters. Chantel was a loyal fiancée, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend who loved with all she had. She was a dental assistant at Lawrenceburg Dental and attended Thousand Hills Cowboy Church. Chantel will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her fiancé, Antonio Lopez, her mother, three daughters, two grandchildren, three step-children, one sister, one brother, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on September 15, 2025, and funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home on September 16, 2025. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to an account for Chantel’s daughters at Old National Bank. Condolences may be sent through the funeral home’s website.
