Doyce Norman Wade, 89, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, surrounded by his family at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Smith Wade; son, Keith Wade; parents, Ralph Eugene and Ruby Eula Cooper Wade; brothers, Tony Wade and Bobby Wade; great-grandchildren, Willis Myrick, Georgia Rae Wade, and Grayson DeVito. He is survived by his children, Mike Wade and Cheryl Wade Walker (David); ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and sister, Debbie Hendrix. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM at Mt. Zion Church of Christ, followed by funeral services with Larry Waymire and Jerry Campbell officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Blake Brewer, Landin Brewer, Dawson Cherry, Dustin Wade, Bentley Wade, and Ryan Walker.
