Betty Sue Frost Ivey, 82, of Florence, Alabama, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025, at NAMC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ivey; parents, Bob Frost and Edith Mae Eaton; stepdads, Rob Blackstock and Floyd Melton; daughter, Susan Ivey; granddaughter, Tiffany Ivey; brother, Robert Frost; and sister, Irene Wilson. Betty is survived by her brothers, Paul and Gerald Warren, Jim and Joe Frost; sons, Larry, John, Bo, Donnie (Jenny), and Randy Ivey; daughters, Ann Littleton (James), Brenda Reed, Booger Hinton (BJ), and Tonya Brown (Dennis); 22 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. The visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Antioch Baptist Church, followed by the funeral service with Rev. Willie Staggs officiating. The burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Cypress Inn, TN. Elkins Funeral is honored to be assisting the family. The family would like to express thanks to NAMC ER, 2nd floor staff, and Amedisys Home Health. Pallbearers will be Jerry and Andrew Littleton, Dee and Cody Taylor, Nick and Jacob Hinton.
